Here's some pictures (Note: This wasn't even at its peak! It increased after I took some pictures!)
In His Hands,
Holly
This month has been a whirlwind as you will see in the next few posts. I am sorry for not posting as much lately! So many unexpected things have come up that I haven't gotten time to post. Since it's been so long, where do I begin? Well, the first major thing happened on September 9th, 2013 which was Rosalie's 1st birthday! It was also the day that we got flooded out. Literally. It started raining on Sunday, but only a little bit. Then early in the morning on Monday, it began to pick up. And it rained, and rained, and rained, and.... well you get what I mean, right?!!! IT DUMPED BUCKETS! So much so that Greenway (the road in front of our house) was a river! We soon began racing around with shovels, some sand bags, and anything else we could find to make dams against the water and holes for drainage. Our whole property became a lake! It became a serious problem as water began to flow into our garage filling it to about a foot in half. Here's some pictures (Note: This wasn't even at its peak! It increased after I took some pictures!) Talk about crazy! That's all for now!
In His Hands, Holly
