NO-Bake Energy Bites
Ingredients
-1 cup rolled oats
-1 cup Coconut flakes
-1/2 cup ground flaxseed (optional. It just makes them more healthy)
-1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
-1/2 cup raisins (our family doesn't really like raisins, so we leave them out.)
-1/2 cup peanut butter
-1/3 cup honey
-1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, add oatmeal, coconut flakes, flax seed, mini chocolate chips, and raisins.
2. In a small bowl, whisk peanut butter, honey and vanilla.
3. Pour wet mix into dry bowl and stir until thoroughly incorporated. Let chill (if you want to, I don't usually.) Once chilled, roll into balls and enjoy! They'll be gone before you know it! Yum!

Green smoothies are alkine to your body, you get more produce in a way that tastes good, it cleanses your blood, it's good for your skin (greens help your skin be more resistant to sun burns!) and it gives you energy! So here is a yummy green smoothie recipe you could also try!
Fresh Green Smoothie
-3/4 cup chopped kale, ribs and thick stems removed
-1 small stalk celery, chopped
-1/2 banana
-1/2 cup apple juice
-1/2 cup ice
-1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Directions
Place the kale, celery, banana, apple juice, ice and lemon juice in a blender or Vitamix. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
