As a special treat for the girls, my Mom took my sisters and I to a beautiful tea room in Carefree, AZ. It was such a special time of relaxing, listening to beautiful music, dressing up, great food and of course delicious tea! The lady who runs the place is an immigrant from England, so she has a lovely accent! I loved listening to her talk! And of course there were many pictures of the Royal family members! (Those who know me best know how much I would love to go to England!) When we walked across the street there was a little pathway to walk on so we went strolling and ended up doing a photo shoot! That's what happens we you have a camera along! We drove around the corner and found the famous huge sun dial. It rises about 62 feet in the air! Here's some pictures of it: That's all for now! What was one of your favorite Mom and daughter times? Forever His

That looked like a beautiful day together.... Not to mention a beautiful salad. I may try to make one from studying the photo! Lydia and I enjoyed reading your blog. Wonderful photos and thoughts.

Thank you so much, Mrs. L! I love hearing from my readers! Glad Lydia looks at it too! By the way, that salad is an easy one to make from home. It had spring leaf mix lettuce, dried cranberries, apple, sugar coated pecans, and that cheese, of which I forgot the name of. Hope you have fun trying it!

We just went there with our Grandma! It was really nice, and girly (a great place to make memories;-)). Some of us wore hats they had there, and Olivia really liked hers. I had bread pudding for the first time. We saw the sundial, too. Thanks for posting about it, because if you hadn't, we wouldn't have known it existed ;-)!
